Next Steps with the Danielson Framework for Effective Teaching

This course is for teachers using the Danielson Framework for Effective Teaching. Would you like to dig deeper into highly engaging instructional practices corresponding to component 3c? Would you like to discuss planning and classroom environmental strategies that support highly engaging instruction? Use the Danielson evaluation rubric as well as other tools to continue the discussion about effective teaching. Session Objectives:

• Demonstrate a deeper understanding of the components of the Danielson Framework for Effective Teaching
• Develop lesson implementing the MCCS using highy engaging strategies aligned to the Framework
• Discuss best practices for planning and creating an effective learning environment
