The Montana Council of Exceptional Children (MCEC) and the Montana Council of Administrators of Special Education (MCASE) are holding a joint virtual conference on Thursday, April; 15, 2021. The keynote speaker of the conference is childhood trauma expert Kristin Souers. This year’s theme is Persistence, Resilience, Perseverance, Relationship. The conference attendees will be given the option of attending two additional virtual sessions with Ms. Souers on April 21st and April 22nd. The topics of those presentations are:

• April 21 – Trauma Invested Communication
• April 22 – Fostering Resilience & Giving Grace
