This course is focused around educator wellness, rejuvenating and recovering after a busy school year; while connecting with others and re-establishing our FIRE and PASSION as educators. Over the two day course, we will work on getting outdoors, moving our bodies, meeting new people, relaxing, and digging into our own lives and habits to make sure we are living life at a sustainable pace.

This is a two day course with the option to CAMP from day 1 to day 2. We will begin by filling out ARFF interviews (more to come on that) to explore the importance that we put on taking care of ourselves, so we can do the most important work! We will also have a reflection journal and different opportunities throughout the course to connect with other educators to learn and grow. Hikes will be group hikes, with the ability to space out and spread out, as determined by the individual!
